*Be sure to keep a copy of your mailed photo as photos will not be returned.
*You can use a nickname if desired. For security purpose only your nickname, first, or last name, city or state will be placed with photo.
*All photos and info have to be approved prior to web-site placement.
*Teachers or child care centers who want to place their class photo should obtain release from parent or guardian. Example: Second grade class of Mr. Binsoe in Ohio.
